It’s impossible to deny the importance of a website to connect with your customers. Whether B2B, B2C or a little bit of both, a website is a vital way to communicate what you do, who you do it for and what you stand for.

A website is a crucial touchpoint to allow others to communicate with you. And there are many ways that you can facilitate and encourage these conversations to begin. From websites that showcase your expertise and allow people to explore valuable resources, to highly targeted, transactional websites, Curio can help you map your objectives and perfect your online presence.

Recently, our Digital Director Michael discussed a past project of his, redesigning University College London’s homepage with Will Kruger and Marcos Villasenor. The project involved extensive user testing to iteratively improve the page design and refine content. The result was a beautiful, user-friendly landing homepage that saw some impressive results.

In the first two months after launch the website saw:

  • A 110% increase in daily page views

  • 87% reduction in bounce rate

  • 49% reduced time spent on page

  • Second page visits from the homepage increased by 297%

Watch the video above to see how they transformed the homepage.
