Known for her results-driven and resourceful approach, Jess places learner centricity first when crafting large-scale courses for institutions such as RMIT, University of Melbourne, UNSW, and Deakin University. Her expertise extends to collaborating with diverse clients including the London School of Economics, INSEAD, the NSW Education Standards Authority, and CPA where she has led major digital initiatives spanning website design, LMS template design and digital badging.
